Was very disappointed with the Food. We bragged about this place to our parents from Colorado and wanted to take them out to eat here. Never again will we take relatives out here. The Lasagna was cold. Pizza not fresh at all, except the one my husband requested. Very sad.

NOT vegetarian-friendly and not friendly when asked about it. I think they may have been afraid of a vegetarian or maybe just afraid of something unfamiliar. Either way doesn’t make for a good experience if you’re going to do anything other than eat what’s on their unmarked buffet with no questions asked.Sad because I had such high hopes! :(Vegetarian options: When they did finally put out a non-meat pizza, they cut it with a wheel that had sausage dropping off off it. Very disappointing.
I love it the pizza is amazing I would love to win one ? But the customer service is awesome I miss the original owner he was so loved ? The manager cassy I hope I spelled that correctly was very patient with me today I love it there.

Called in order to take home. Went to pick up the order. Blonde girl at front was a bit rude. I asked to have a paper menu to take home so I could make future orders instead of trying to look at the online menu on my phone. She said NO. Oh well ok then. I ordered a DEEP DISH pizza but when I got home it was THIN crust. Food was good anyway but did not get what I ordered. Based on the attitude and the botched order I don't think I will be patronizing Guccis again. Will settle for Dominos or Pizza Hut. I don't put up with rude people.

I hate to give it a 3 star review but just being honest, I did eat here about 15 minutes before the buffet closed and the pizza was not good. I did enjoy the salad bar! I’m sure their pizza is much better when fresh! If I get a chance to go back, I’ll update review after I try it again.
