BLUF: Great food, friendly staff, clean restaurant, truck parking for a large semi. I am reluctant to let the secret out, but I feel it's necessary for the greater good of humanity...and their business. I am an over-the-road trucker and struggle to find parking if it's after 7:00 PM. I found this using one of my trucking apps as a potential parking location that accepts overnight parking. I got here and found a large parking area, easy to pull into, and not another semi in sight. I woke up to an open restaurant with a few customers inside. Upon entering, a friendly woman welcomed me into a meticulously clean diner. Pictured is a loaded omelet with ham, Hashbrowns, and coffee. Stop here if you are passing through. You won't be disappointed in the food, and their pleasant nature will get your day going in the right direction.

So happy we found Hill's Country Store! We were looking for a fun place for breakfast and found it. From the moment we pulled into the parking lot and saw the sign advertising great food, to walking in and being greeted warmly by the owners, we knew we had come to the right place. Amazing food, reasonable prices and wonderful conversation; would highly recommend and would love to come back. A bit of a commute from Alaska, but what the heck, some things are worth it! Great local restaurant. My favorite is the biscuits with sausage gravy. Delicious and filling. My husband and his coworkers often stop by for breakfast after their overnight shift. He's tried moat thing from the menu and loves it all. Owner is a great guy and staff is very friendly. Absolutely recommend giving it a try.
