The reason why I love to come here is because there are sims folks who work the day shift that make it feel like family- Jimmy, Cecil and Merleen always smile and have a kind word- selection of veges and meats are very good with some organic options- I shop here bc the staff makes me happy I came to their store- the night shift is hell in earth avoid at all costs young punk low class girls who are hateful-

Nice clean Kroger on 59. Clean bathrooms and a lot of cute soft stuffed animals on sale. Perfect for last minute gifts or for making diaper cakes for baby showers.

I am so over this store. Do NOT give them your business. Today I went there - no buggy’s in parking lot. None seen in store. Asked manager if there were any buggies. She said NO and turned her head away from me. NO offer to help me find one. We are lucky to have 2 Super One stores

I really miss my Kroger since I have moved and H-E-B is my new store because there isn't a Kroger. However I was highly disappointed in the fruit selection. Yes I know I went during the winter and I am happy they are not putting out of season fruit out. But Apple, apples, apples a banana and oh apples. Kroger you making me miss my H-E-B now.

I have had trouble with Kroger Pharmacy in Bossier City on more than one occasion. For one thing, when I've tried to contact the pharmacy directly on many occasions, no one ever answers the phone. You have to leave a message and they never call back. So when you call, you have to hope that "this" time someone will answer. On another occasion, they made me stand for over 30 minutes because I used a Good RX Coupon. It had a lower price than what was already in their computer. Over 20 people were served before I was helped and the pharmacist tech was rude. I was really so surprised. I would have expected that they would let me know how long I would have to stand there. If I had been told, I would have just paid the higher price. To me the store itself is very well run. The pharmacy doesn't seem very customer oriented.

The Marshall Texas store is poorly managed. This is Saturday and Mother’s Day weekend and only two lines open. Those poor employees are checking out people as fast as they can and NO MANAGEMENT in sight!! And if you go to the service desk they are just rude!

Noe Stars...I was definitely not impressed with the bad veggies on the shelf..Because they keep the prices so high & nobody buys them.Only wen the veggies or fruit start to go bad do they put it on sale to get rid of it..GREED!GREED!!GREED!!!

I really love this Kroger. I will only buy produce from them, no one else holds a candle. that being said, what is up with the horrible bathroom smell wreaking from the back of the store!? it has been getting worse over the past few months and everyone, staff and customers just seem to act like it doesn't smell. What is going on!?

At 5:56 pm on 6/21/19 I entered the men's restroom. It was filthy and disgusting. It smelt like it had not been cleaned in over a week. Trash all over the place along with toilet paper all over the floor along with feces. This looked more like what you would expect at a truck stop. I can only imagine what the women's was like although I overheard one say it wasn't very sanitary. I think Kroger corporate management needs to pay them a visit and do some house cleaning. This falls on store management.
