Very slow with orders and to collect at the registers

Do better Mcdonalds… service was not good. Was told to order from kiosk, place was filthy. Melted ice cream just sitting on the ground for a long time. It was pretty much drying up.Food was decent at least.

What is the deal with only allowing your customers to get one package of syrup per order of hot cakes? On 4-14-24…I purchased two orders of hotcakes. I offered to PAY for extra syrup and the manager said NO. Marshall Texas has the WORST fast food restaurants in Texas! The management here is terrible! Yes…all of this over refusing to allow me to purchase some syrup!

My family and I stopped to get a hot tasty meal and the food wasn't heated at all. it look like it was slammed together. It wasn't good to us at all and to spend that amount of money is very unsettling. I didn't get my drink that I paid for and that wasn't the first time. I didn't even turn around to go back and get it because the line was too long.Also,i think every fast food needs to give training on NOT putting the condiments on top of the food.It is so nerve wrecking to see ketchup inside my fry box on top my fries.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order on the app for 3 apple pies and 1 Sprite Frozen drink. When I get to curbside 10 minutes later I sit and wait for my order to come out. After sitting for 10 minutes I call inside to ask how much longer before my order will be out. The lady told me another 7 minutes, no fried apple pies up. I told her I wanted to cancel my order. She said I had to cancel it on the app because that's how it was placed. I asked her how because I don't see an option to cancel and they have already charged my card. She said she didn't what to tell me, she couldn't help me. I asked for her manager name. She said Mike, I know him so I asked to speak with him. About 5 minutes of hold time and a guy gets on the phone speaking as Mike. I asked him about the canceling of the order. He, too, says it has to be canceled online. I ask again, how? Response is I don't know you have to go on the app. I'm telling him again, I'm on the app and it isn't an option. I ask how much longer on the pies... its been more than 7 minutes. He responds 7 minutes. I told him that's what she just told me. He says laughs and says he's looking at the wrong order. I state to him it's nothing funny, I'm trying to get to work, you've charged me and can't cancel the order and seem to have issues with getting order out. He says he only has 2 cooks and 1 cashier... ? I then ask him again if he is sure he is Mike because I know him personally and I know he isn't him. He laughs and says oh I'm another manager. I asked his name and the lady previous... he said his name is Josh and hers is Brenda. I doubt that was the truth as this whole time has been lies. Needless to say I left because I didn't want to be late for work. No order, no money refunded!

They forgot my sauce at the window so I went in to get some, the woman working the register helped the person in front of me and then just walked away. I waited for about 8 minutes before someone decided to help me. There was an employee that was mopping and he made eye contact with me 4 times and said nothing to the woman who was supposed to be working the register. They have the order screens inside and it seems like they just ignore everyone and hope they order from there. Very frustrating when all I wanted was the sauce they forgot to give me.

The ghetto..... like many businesses in the area, they allow young kids to do the job without real management guiding and leading them. You will wait 30 minutes in a line to get to a window and they will not take your order for another 20 minutes. When you go in, they are all complaining about doing the job they signed up to do. They talk negatively about the customers who are frustrated (with every right to be) because you had them in line for a cheeseburger for over an hour. The entitlement these young kids have who haven't experienced anything in real life, especially in this little town is astounding. Smh. This one and Popeyes needs to be shut down or do better cause this ain't it. Oh and everything was undercooked or tasted subpar.

Food good. The kiosk wasn't printing tickets so we had no idea what our order number was but the man at the front let us know when it was ready. The man cooking was yelling and cussing and some lady in the back said "Just shut up and do your job!"No one was helping the people who did not use the kiosk. They were all standing in line waiting at the register. NO ONE was in the lobby which was dark and uninviting. The drive thru was packed since it was dinnertime about 5:30pm.Strangest thing: no option to add tomatoes to my cheeseburger through the kiosk.

No one was at the first window so I waited. Woman walked by, didn't say anything or hold up a finger to say "one second" or anything so I pulled up to the next window. Then she wants to hang her head or the first window and start yelling cussing. I just told her I'm not sure mind reader There's always 1 or 2 trashy employees working at that location

Rather upset about the food I got yesterday. None of the McGriddles gotten had cheese on them, and the bacon ones still had egg despite being asked to have none. The hashbrown was rather cold and soggy too. Everything else was fine, but I mean.. this was supposed to be my first time trying a McGriddle.. :( Couldn't even eat it because I was so upset about it when I got it at home.
