Drove to Marshall, Texas from Shreveport, Louisiana, JUST to eat here at Schlotzsky's. I was immediately greeted at the counter by Breanna, with a smile and a warm friendly "Hello, How may I help you?" She then suggested a few choices and pointed out some newer selections on the menu. I was unsure about some sauce, so she allowed me to sample it before ordering it on my sandwich. I decided on the Fiesta Chicken (Forever my fave), with a few edits. She even suggested a cookie to me since she saw me looking at them before ordering my sandwich.The sandwich was amazing as usual.The restaurant was clean and spacious. I felt warm and welcome on this cold January night.All in all, it's a great experience, and I'll MOST definitely be back!Thank you for providing excellent service and AMAZING food!
The price is worth it for the pizza only : The pizza is where it's at , they sometimes over do it with the sauce I thought I accidentally ordered extra ... lol but I highly recommend their pizzas over anything else and they make it pretty and neat and it's more pizza then it look like about 8 slices no pictures because I ate it ?

Worst sandwich I have had. Bread so hard could barely bite it. Could.knock on table with it. Guess they just use it no matter if stale or not. Had take out after 10 hours driving. Too tired to go back. Won't be stopping to eat there again.

I don't know if there was some kind of dressing on my sandwich I could not see or if the meat was bad but I could not eat it. They also gave me the wrong chips. So I paid 14.00 for a coke. I am too far away to have gone back and had the food replaced. I live and work in a small town and it is a treat to get schlotzky's. I am very disappointed ☹️

I don't typically give bad reviews because I know every place has a bad day occasionally. The reason for one star and this bad review is actually 3 reasons. 1. The place was packed when we stopped to grab sandwiches to go before a game, so we were prepared to wait a bit. After 25 min and seeing 2 other customers walk up to inquire about their food (one lady said she'd waited for 35 min), we decided we'd better ask for a refund and leave. We could see no one in the back was really in much of a hurry. One lady was standing around sipping on a drink. 2. The cashier had to ask another employee to help with the refund. No prob, so she came over and entered some stuff into the register but never asked for my debit card back. I assumed they could refund w/o it. She gave me my refund receipt but I had to ask for my original receipt. We were in a hurry so I didn't check the refund receipt until we were headed back home (3 hrs away). Lo and behold, the refund receipt was not our order and was rung up as a cash refund yet no cash was given! 3. I tried calling off and on for 3 hrs and the line was busy all night. Phone off the hook? Guess I'll just dispute the charge with my bank. What a pain.
I love the soup and the gluten free bread I recommend even if you have no gluten

This was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten in my life! First, it took way too long to get the food and there were only two other customers in there. My husband ordered a giant original to go. I have pictures but don't see how I can post here. The bottom bread was an inch and a half and the top was equivalent to a potato chip. Hardly any meat or vegetables. I would be embarrassed to sell this to anyone. We've been going there since they opened and never had a problem but this was a doozy. Not sure we'll be back.

Stopped by to get one of their original sandwiches and they were out of lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions and several other items to make a sandwich. Walmart super center directly across the highway. I don't get it. Very bad management for sure.
