Very unprofessional I drove 25 miles to this location because it's the nearest one to me just to arrive to be told they're only taking Mobile Orders that the system/computers is down, Only to try and place a mobile order since that was the only option just to find out they were out of everything again unprofessional, when I first drove up to the intercom the young lady never said they were out of anything she stated they were only taking mobile orders because the system was down, so since I couldn't get the coffee I wanted I ordered a sweet instead I was greeted by a young man at the window and I asked him about trying to place a mobile order for coffee but the app was showing they were out of everything just for him to inform me that an employee during the daytime hadn't did their job so they didn't have the stuff needed to make coffees finally the truth comes out so I wasted my time when the young lady could've simply said that from the beginning instead of me having to sit in their parking lot trying to place a mobile order just to find out they were out of everything because of an employee!

I'm new to the Starbucks lingo, and ordering through the drive thru was quite difficult, the gal taking my order was pretty impatient with me, and it showed. Apparently, I can't call a large iced mocha a "large". ?

The WORST experience I have had at ANY starbucks was today I ordered my normal drink and it tasted like water with chocolate chips in it, they remade it with an attitude and STILL made it wrong it was horrible I finally gave up. My friend went in with me and asked for a Caramel macchiato frappe it was straight Caramel and milk they were rude when she said is there any coffee in this? We left and will NOT be back to this location
