What a little gem - a must try!A large group of us ordered take out on Sat - meats & sides. Everything was delicious! In fact, so good that we ordered more sides the next night to go along with the left over meat.

I am not a sauce person. Their sauce changed my mind! We went during the eclipse so there was a limited menu. We had brisket with potato salad & cucumber salad. The texture of the brisket was almost to barbacoa level!! Their sauce is like NO OTHER SAUCE! it is mildly sweet but thin, almost between BBQ & homemade salsa. You just have to try it to understand. The sides were sooooo good! They were out of pasta salad but that just tells me that's what to get!!

If I could give this 6 stars I would, wow, the meat is awesome!! Awesome BBQ, wow it's moist and good!!! I live in Waco, just passing through and wow it's awesome! I will definitely be driving back out here just for the BBQ. The atmosphere and country music is great, the service is impeccable and the owner walks around talking to the patrons, highly respectable and I like it. If you are within 30 mins or driving up or down Interstate 35 you need to take a short detour here and come eat some excellent Texas BBQ! BBQ so good it makes you want to take a nap afterwards! ?

In my opinion this is the best BBQ joint in or around the Waco area. Joey and his crew always make you feel right at home with great customer service. I haven’t had anything bad on the menu but the Tri-Tip is hands down my favorite and would recommend it to anyone to try! Also if you love moist brisket, this is the place for you. Hope to have them here for many years to come.

Great little barbecue joint in this small town. Service was all the southern charm. You would expect in a small Texas town. Food was good. Presentation was on point in how food was plated. I had brisket and creole corn. With banana pudding for dessert. I am a girl who likes a couple different sauces to choose from for my barbecue. I only saw one sauce available. It had a nice mild flavor. The brisket was seasoned well and tender. Prices were a little high for this area. This little place would be great for a nice lunch with your sweetie.

Victorians BBQ is honestly such an amazing experience! We came in with 12 people for a Birthday, and everyone in our party loved the food! Joey comes around and checks on everyone and even gave the birthday boy a bowl of his Shrimp Creole, which he really enjoyed! This is one of our favorite places! We’re so glad we found this Gem!
