We went to get 5 sweet tea and they took 20 minutes and , then i call them again and they had me waiting on there for long time . this is the worst service ever i will never come back to this sonic in mathis. If i would give a zero i definitely will , sadly there is no option.

Wow. ..where do I start? The Flies are flying in and out of my window while I waited 15 min. For a double cheeseburger and route 44 drink. The was one car in drive thru. I am from out of town and eat sonic at least once a week. This has to be the slowest one I have ever been to..oh and to top it off the burger was cold! SMH?

If I could I would give ZERO stars. I’m not one to give ugly reviews or rant over little things,BUT let me tell you. We waited about an HOUR. They said our server was near and then the message deleted from the screen. Then we thought okay let’s go to drive through and see. We WERE NEVER HELPED WAITED ABOUT 15 minutes there. a girl kept passing by and never looked our way almost as If she knew someone was there... we had three drink 13 dollars worth and we never got our drinks. THEN I called about 5 times no one ever picked to the phone! Even tried the next day and STILL NO ANSWER. I’m very upset. They took our money. I wouldn’t go here even if it was the last place open.

Went there the other day for a simple order of 4 corn dogs. 3 out of 4 we burnt so bad I couldn't eat them. Called them after I got home and the female I talked to apologized and going to give me 4 more for free. I just hope the next ones aren't burnt. It seemed that they were understaffed that day and I'm pleased that they are going to correct it.

I ordered the special cheeseburger and medium shake for $5. The shakes are always very good. I think they are better than DQ but the cheeseburger…..ooooh. It had a “not so good”!taste to it. I think it was the meat. This isn’t the first time I have experienced this. I told myself, never again. Disgusting and a waste of money. I was hungry too and usually everything tastes better when you are hungry. I could only down about half of it before I couldn’t swallow another bite. I’ll drive the extra mile or two to McDonald’s next time.

From the get go the person taking our order had attitude, and then after odering our food the drinks were all watery. The food looked old and burnt, the ice cream we ordered we were told they didnt have larges but they put the ice cream in large cup and didnt put the whip cream like we asked. Its a dam shame what this place has come down to. Will not come back. And if you're in town do not bother stopping by theyll definitely ruin the order!

With the limited possibilities in a small town, it's thought that the few places you can eat would have good service. Unless you have time to kill and like waiting on service, food, or any sort of response from anyone just avoid this sonic. One of the worst sonics I have been to With little or no service. Poorly managed based on lack of supplies, lids for cups, napkins, sauces. It also seems like no one want to work at this location based on the fact it is poorly managed.should be replaced by a whataburger, atleast the food would be good.

6:30 p.m. 8/8/23Waited a few minutes at drive thru speaker,no answer. Pulled up into parking and pushed red button,waited for a few more minutes, no answer. Called phone 6x's and busy all times. Very disappointed,coming over from another town. Went over to McDonald's and had the best service.
