Excellent tacos!!! So I travel from El Paso, Texas to Dallas and I’m always looking for authentic Mexican food. I’ve looked all over Dallas and Ft. Worth are for good authentic Mexican food and I have found a couple of places that are ok. I’ve been making this trip 3 times a week for three years and today I happens to take my break in Cisco, Tx and when I took the exit to stop at the the trucks stop I saw the Boss Tacos Food Truck!!! I parked and decided to give it a shot thinking it was probably going to be like the rest of the places I’ve gone to. But boy was I surprised…the asada callejero tacos are the bomb!!! I finally found a spot that has amazing Mexican food!!! They have a wide variety of Mexican food and it freshly made and it so delicious!!! The service was great and the the staff are really good people!!! I hope they keep coming to this spot because I’m will become a frequent customer!!! I can’t wait to try their quesadillas and gorditas!!! 5 + stars for Boss Taco Mexican Food Truck!!!

Previously in Rising Star but now they moved their food truck to Cisco and finally had a chance to try it. I got the Tinga / chipotle chicken quesadilla and my bf got the brisket quesadillas w all the fixings. It was very good lots of flavor and the grilled onions and jalapeño was a plus. Will def try other things on their menu when I’m in town :) service was also excellent! It might be cash only but I’m not 100 % sure

Best tacos in Austin HANDS DOWN!!! The ingredients are always fresh and the portions are huge. The grape tomatoes she uses add a pop of flavor that really compliments the tacos! I've eaten here 3 or 4 times since I found this little gem. This lady needs her own restaurant!??

Absolutely delicious food. Make time to stop here. You will not regret it. You can park on the road adjacent to the post office, that’s the only difficulty is the parking. The food is absolutely incredible!
Great breakfast burritos here! Very flavorful. Friendly service. I highly recommend this spot. My only quibble is I wish the coffee were stronger (but that’s just me).
