This office headquarters needs retraining on how to handle phone calls. Virria/Lirria/Birria (couldn’t get official name because she was rushing) was very condescending and wasn’t helpful in retrieving my w2. She was also extremely dismissive and didn’t seem like she knew anything on the subject of retrieving my W2. Somehow she made a 30 second phone call into one full of attitude and negativity. The store headquarters are 2522 W Freddy Gonzalez DrEdinburg, TX 78539. I hope y’all follow up because she shouldn’t be the first voice customers/employees hear when calling your office.

I received a gift card and none of the locations in here accept gift cards.. What am I supposed to do with an Auntie Anne's gift card if I can't even use it at Auntie Anne's? Make it make sense please.

They ran out of cinnamon pretzels, at $3.99 for a pretzel, they have no right to run out of this pretzels.

You can enjoy this pretzel or bites craving in 3 locations within the plaza mall. There is always a line at all of them, but the service is fast.

First of all who is the manager here? Why would you set up a food location right next to the public bathrooms. The mall is huge with multiple spots available and this is their top choice!? Secondly, staff was horribly rude. They spent more time on their phones than they did actually helping me and the one customer waiting for attention. (Red flag: no line clearly means not great) Needless to say their vocabulary was unacceptable for families. It took 20 min for service what we asked for was unavailable. When asked how long they would take to make it they just looked at each other and said no clue. Ordered what was in the case only to be disappointed with the cold hard pretzels. Never been so disappointed in Auntie Anne's but this location was the worst experience ever. Save your money and enjoy delicious sweets from Carlo's bakery.
I was truly disappointed with the management office in Edinburg, Texas. I recently went in for an interview for the dishwasher position, and as we proceeded to the interview? It ended with the franchise owner giving us a free pretzel card. As I walked out of the office? I asked about the card, and the ladies in the front whispered-- "That means you're not being hired". What a bummer. Very disrespectful within the hiring personnel...

There’s one open inside La Plaza Mall. Hard as a rock.

Cashier was using the same gloves that she used to charged people to serve the drinks or pretzels and then she would "sanitize" gloves instead of getting a new pair to handle the food.
