Terrible service, I ordered the combo #1 small with cheese and they charged me $13.09. It seemed like an unusual price. I asked the employee why the price was high and he said it was because of the cheese and the tax. And I saw the ticket and I realized that he charged me for combo #2. I told him that it was his mistake for not paying attention to what I asked him and he turned around without asking a single apology, which is why the place is always empty.

I bought a Bacon King combo and the bread is burnt on the inside, the bacon is undercooked and cannot be digested, the potatoes are barely cooked to be honest... I didn't like it and to finish soon you can hear that there is a good party going on inside... I don't argue the party discussed the service...It lasted 20 minutes, there were no people and they never picked up the trash from the floor, thank you, but I won't be back.

I've been multiple times, but management is never on time in the morning. They're usually 30 minutes late just to tell me to leave. I went again today in the evening, and I was charged for items I ordered but didn't receive. They don't answer their phone number. If you really want BK, I'd recommend going to the N Ware Rd one. This one is mega sucks.

Manager was rude from the start saying me and a friend couldn't be there I was going to do my taxes and get my food but right away he started mean mugging and looking at us really bad and angry and it feel comfortable there nobody was there inside the building just another two managers in front when confronted my friend said he was waiting for a ride I was going to order and I said I was doing my taxes right away the guy starts cleaning guy for the back after my friend went outside to get to food well his ride got there the manager start selling at me telling me to get his phone and he's going to call the cops telling me to leave and calling the cops on us how can you expect to have more customers in there when you have a manager that's so rude and looking at people disgustingly right away he came at us being very rude and that is not right that just make me want to even go back there at all

Everything about this location is horrible!! The drive thru takes more than 15 min to get their meals. (If you choose to get your meal and want to wait that long.) You call the restaurant and they never answer their phone. Went inside to see try to order and nobody was in the front. It’s no wonder it’s never in great business Horrible service over all.

I’ve never been to Burger King I didn’t like until yesterday. Not the charbroiled hamburgers custom to Burger King. The meat patties had a bad smell ended up throwing everything out.Girl at the drive-through window was rude. I only asked for the Burger King hat for the kids.I do not recommend this Burger King on 23rd and McAllen
I went with my boyfriend and his mom to this location after a quick burn at planet fitness and we ordered two separate orders. Everything was going smoothly until we received our orders. My boyfriends mom ordered a bacon king combo, and I ordered a combo of 8 piece chicken nuggets. I’m not sure if you all are aware but they only give 2 sauces of your choice for the chicken nuggets combo, so once we received our order I noticed I was given only 1 sauce and it was BBQ so I asked my boyfriend if he could get me ranch instead and when he approached the counter he spoke with the manager to get ranch he provided 2 ranches that were initially for my combo and we asked if we can switch the BBQ sauce that was given to me for a ranch and note they didn’t even ask me which sauces I wanted for my combo. The manager began saying that if we wanted more ranch we would have to pay for it and my boyfriends mom was just asking to switch for ranch because she also ordered a combo with fries and would like a condiment to compliment her food. Well he began talking down to my boyfriend and his mom as if they didn’t understand the 2 ranches for the chicken nugget combo, which was understood but this was now for a different order not mine. After going back and forth with the manager he said we either get our stuff and leave or he will call the cops on us and my boyfriend said go ahead and call the cops, I mean like seriously over a trade for a ranch. Well last but not least we stayed and the cops didn’t show up because he called they only showed up because we called to check on the status of the unit and see if they were coming for our statements. So now we have a police report to provide to corporate so we can go ahead and have this manager be corrected on his attitude problem.

On all our past 3 visits when ever we order and pay for some thing extra on the burger( cheese, jalapenos, beacon) they never put it in there so always check your order before you drive off.
