I have eaten twice already. The first time I came here with my boyfriend they messed up his order. The second time I came here again with my boyfriend, it was fine. When I walked inside, there was a table not cleaned and after seeing this, I felt disgusted. Instead of chit chatting at the kitchen area, they should at least clean the area including floors, chairs, and tables. Also, one more thing I noticed on my second visit was when I arrived at the counter to order, the lady saw me but she was too busy on her phone and decided to take my order around 10 minutes that pass by ? talk about customer service

I never had problems with this Church's until today, I asked for the spicy chicken and I had the regular, and it also had no flavor I thought I had COVID for a second, I asked for coleslaw and they gave me 2 mash potatoes and the biscuits are not cooked ?

It is one of my favorite foods when it comes to fried chicken.The cost is a little misleading, since the package was $13 and that was enough for 3 people but it did not include the accessories. Now adding the accessories it went to 27 dollars. It rose twice as much and is no longer as cheap as it seemed.But it is still a very delicious chicken.

Ordered though the drive though only to get home to a cup with only gravy and no mash and also paid for a large macaroni but was given a small. I called the location multiple times with no answer. Had to drive back to the store 10 minutes from my home to get a refund and Vere, the manager on duty could not even apologize for my order being completely wrong and having to drive back because they can’t answer their phone. I told her as a manager she could at least apologize for the wrong order and she just turned away. Terrible customer service!! Will NEVER come here again! Nor recommend.
There were very few customers The dining area was small, but the whole floor was very dirty. No ice in the drink dispenser area.Rest rooms were clean. Cannot believe the size of the fried chicken portions. Too small. No chicken breast available!?!?!?!?!. Not ever going back to there. Although, the cashier was nice and friendly.
