Despite some of the reviews, my experience has been great, arrived at 9:30 for a 10:00 appointment, in door at 9:40, began to be unloaded at 10:00, left at 11:45. All staff members I dealt with were friendly.

Disorganized, crowded, and extremely slow. Arrived on time for 0700 appointment. Was told to wait off-site for a phone call. They called me approximately 2 hours later. I came back to the yard and waited another hour or so to be given a door. Once in the dock (now after 1000) it took over 3 hours to offload 8 pallets. This is unacceptable.Drivers, if you get paid by the mile, maybe don't take this load.

TRUCKERS: READ THIS1) Entrance is on 26th St and it's a tight turn into the facility.2) Staging is for 2 trucks only. You have to go to the dock area and turn around if there's no space. You can turn R out of the facility and go to Dave and Buster across the street and turn around to get to the middle lane (can't stay there long coz you risk receiving a citation)3) If you have to leave and wait for their phone call, I suggest you go to LFD furniture parking lot at 1602 S 23rd St. Park at the abandoned Winco parking lot next to LFD. Be safe. It's chaotic but the staff was friendly.

Make sure you come with an appointment. Its a tight back up with all the trucks but they offload you pretty quick if ur load isn’t shifted to much

Always running behind on appointments, will ask you to leave premises after checking in, very tight turnaround and sometimes difficult to get on frontage road exiting facility due to heavy traffic and off ramp merging same with frontage rosd.

Tight,no over nigth spots to park (behind Big Lots may be or one of those other stores ,if not,middle of the street by the entrance)Once you get in every truck will be on the way

Truckers Don't take loads to Coca Cola McAllen Tx the work staff think they are majority shareholders of the company, apart even arriving on time for your appointment they don't grab the load and take you out of the company because they don't have parking even arriving on time if they know they don't have need to organize their appointments well because they let you waiting more than 6 hours outside very bad service and place.

Had an appointment at 4pm got here 3:45pm because I know there is only room for 2 trucks to be waiting so I figured I would check in and get a door. Well no they were giving doors to people based on the time they checked in. Been waiting 3 hours still. Oh and their cola trucks are parked in both inbound lanes causing congestion.
