This location has the best customer service. The manager Jeff was training another employee at this location he was very polite and patient with him and when Jeff attended me as well my gift card was having issues with system. He was very helpful and had excellent customer service and insight. He was able to help adjust the issue.

Poor customer service. The woman working there refused to sell us an additional scoop of ice cream because it would quote "tip over" in the cone. This, quite frankly, is the most ridiculous and laughable thing I have heard at an ice cream parlor. I only wanted two scoops total and was willing to pay for the additional one. I guess it was too difficult for her to figure out how to stack one on top of the other...

The ice cream is great but the people I had an issue happen with one of the workers her name was Lilianna. She was being so inappropriate with my husband and asking questions and full on caressed his hand not like here’s the change and a accidental touch kind of thing. She full on touched him from his wrist. I understand being kind but she took it really far.

Best place to ever get ice cream the difference between them and Baskin Robbins Is that Baskin Robbins ice cream in store-bought but Cold Stones ice creams are made by hand which is why I highly recommend you to come and to bring your kids here and at Cold Stones it’s all about the people❤️#besticecreamever

The night shift staff member that was in 11/2/2022 was such a sweetheart ❤️ ? The cutest thing ever
Unfortunate to say the guys serving have no customer service mindset.They keep you about 30 minutes waiting in the line, very unproductive way of serving and managing orders taking forever to take orders or to charge.So finally you advance to be served and they just say, “oh sorry we ran out of strawberry ice cream”. What?Very frustrating that the guys in the shop do not have the minimum sense of attention to the customer like to put a signal or just let know the customers in line that they do not have some flavors available.The ice cream there is good, but the service is the opposite.

Three employees stood talking with each other while my partner and I stood in front of the empty ice cream trays. A sign was taped to the glass partition that said they only had three flavors, but two were already scratched out.A customer can understand technical difficulties, as we did, but there’s no excuse to be rude and not even acknowledge the people standing in front of you.A woman walked in after us and was shown the same lack of respect.We went next door where the doors were open and people were inside, but the employees looked at us, said they were sorry but they were closed. It was a small gesture, but it showed the level of customer service and, honestly, just plain common courtesy. We’ll likely go back to that one, but we don’t feel encouraged to come back to Cold Stone at this location.Zero stars for customer service here.

Oh man this hit the spot, expensive and the 2 guys behind the counter could practice their customer service and building rapport, it'll make their day better, but it was good and the scene was nice , although they could have offered samples

On the pricier side but it was nice to have free delivery as an option and we enjoyed everything we ordered, I had surrender to strawberry. Enjoyed the pieces of yellow cake throughout. Will be trying more flavors ?
