Friendly service. Food was average. I had the tomato mozzarella sandwich and cup of chicken orzo soup. Baguette was in need of toasting or something - contents of the sandwich were lacking, i.e. not enough in the bread.. Soup was great flavor but packed much chicken and there was no orzo.

Been going here for years as it’s a decent place to work remotely. Never once received a correct order, and staff either gives you a hard time about correcting their mistake or acts like you ruined their day. The food looks prettier than it tastes. It’s a very pale imitation of Panera. Not the worst place as long as you know what you’re getting into.

Quality has gone downhill. Used to love eating here but every time I’ve gone recently the order has been made incorrectly or the entirely wrong item. Won’t be coming back.
The menu is very limited, they sell pancakes (or hot cakes) and have the audacity or shamelessness to not have honey for them (syrup), it's like selling fries without catchup or salt in the USA, the place is nice and clean, good coffee, excellent Pastries a little high priced, but quality.

I stopped in here for breakfast because other places nearby were really packed. The breakfast here is great and there are lunch options too. Lots of pastries to take as a snack on your way out. If you can, try the raisin and nut bread crisps. They are usually on display near the register and they are way too good. Service was good and we were served in a reasonable time. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, perfect for a weekend breakfast.
