This was a return trip to the Rio Grande Valley area, and I asked one of my friends who lived in the area for one of the best Mexican restaurants in town. He recommended Costa Messa and it was fantastic. I had beef ranchero, which was perfect. The portion was incredibly large and I was able to eat it again the following day. I’m definitely going back. The staff was also fantastic. Checking up on me. I can see this is gonna be a regular place for meto dine

A family favorite for special occasions. They can handle crowds. We had a party of 10 and got a reservation that morning for brunch. Lots of choices for all the picky eaters and delicious margaritas. Will keep coming back every time we are in town.
Food was well prepared and fast. I had the grilled shrimp in a Chipotle sauce which was delicious. Service by Angela was disappointing at best. Never smiled and only worried about getting things done quickly. Any atypical requests were frowned upon or denied. The waiter team sang Happy Birthday to a large table which great culture to the atmosphere.

had a good meal with family and While service was ok.. I mean the servers were not rude or just not there, I did feel that at times I felt perhaps they were understaffed because we did have to at times have to try to flag down a server to get refills or something.
