I just asked for basic wings and fried okra. I’ve eaten from their other location before and my food was perfectly fine, but I’m not too sure why my fried okra was all the way cooked or what was around it. Smh it looked like it was not all the way fried.

The best customer service I have ever received at a restaurant, hands down. And the food and prices were great! I loved the cucumber jalapeño lemonade.
The restaurant is very lovely and well lit on the inside. The menu is diverse. The chicken was amazing, however the sides were mid. I got the half chicken plate with Mexican street corn and Mac & Cheese. Service was quick and the sweet tea and lemonade were very pleasant tasting. 8/10

This review is long overdue but I want to give a shoutout to Susan or Suzie, I forgot her real name? but she was very helpful. I got the Laredo sandwich and buffalo chicken sandwich, both tasted great and were super filling?. I will be back for sure!

Warm and inviting atmosphere and delicious food. My go to spot when im around the convention center. Tried the seasonal Gobbler and sweet potatoes with a side salad and was impressed.

First time here, Suzie was kind enough to go through the menu to help make a decision. Establishment was clean and well kept. You can tell the staff really take pride in their store. Suzie gave me and my family the best care we have had in a long time especially for being a franchise. My family and I were very pleased with the food and how well we were taken care of . We can’t wait to come back. The peach cobbler with ice cream was the cherry on top of this perfect visit to Cowboy Chicken! A big thank you to Suzie , you are one of a kind!!
The worst money I ever spent on a Thanksgiving meal. Never again. Turkey was so dry it crumbled when cutting. Twice baked potatoes looked like hashbrown potatoes but raw. Peach cobbler tasted nothing like peach cobbler and the gravy was over salted. Feel free to refund me my money

I went and bought a chicken strip plate I got a small portion of Mac n cheese fries were good the chicken strips were very bland no flavor it tasted like fish from reused oil the thing that saved the food was the ranch and fries everything else was terrible one of the supposedly strips look like a testicle which was two small pieces and the rest a alright sized strip customer service was great
