Today Sunday april 21st very bad service one cook backed upon orders needless to say she says ORDERS DONE AS THEY COME IN 6 orders out that ordered AFTER us , these are orders that were in line BEHIND AND after us..when I asked the manager she rudely said there's only 2 of us working today you NEED to wait..i asked why the drive thru orders were being served before us..if we were first and had now been waiting 25 minutes..she rudely said we have to move the people waiting at drive thru FIRST.and walked away..wow great professionalism wonder how she got hired...can't manage under pressure...never coming here again..and spreading the word of this place on social media...

Always enjoyed El Pato’s pato tacos. But this last dining experience, we will not be eating there any time soon. All the food we received was cold (ordered fajita plate, taco salad bowl, and kids enchiladas and quesadillas). Everything tastes just a little off from what it used to. My kids barely touched their food. Was very disappointed with the food experience

Excellent, authentic, reasonably priced (and tasty) home style Mexican food, nice, friendly employees and a very cozy atmosphere. Another plus is the variety of salsas and condiments available in their salsa bar. Definately returning soon!Parking: Lots of parking in the shade.Wheelchair accessibility: It's easily accessible.

I placed a breakfast order at 11am. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and knowing it is a busy time for breakfast I drive to pick up my order at 12p .. drove up to the speaker announce I was here to pick up an order proceeded to the window to find out they hadn’t even started on my order! I had to wait ANOTHER 25 minutes to receive my order ONLY after I got off my vehicle and walked in to the restaurant and asked for it. The manager/lead Alexandria was rude and had a bad attitude she exact words were “I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED YOUR ORDER IS T READY BUT THEYRE WORKING ON IT” then proceeded to yell at the cooks in front of the entire restaurant and completely ignoring a new couple who walked in to place an order. The simply walked out. I received no apology or refund. Absolutely worse service I have ever received ANYWHERE!
I was extremely satisfied with this El Pato's customer service from the two lady's in the front taking orders, the food was even amazing it wasn't too messy or soggy like usually the Pato's are at some other restaurants are, And the flavor amazing. I have to say due to the fact that unfortunately I wasn't able to get the my plate until I was at home after about 20 minutes later my El Pato plate was still like I just picked it up from the drive thru. Thank you, y'all made my night. Great teamwork. Guys.
Be prepared to wait up to 25 minutes for a taco if you order through the drive thru. The service here is painstakingly slow.

I ordered the Chicharrón and egg plate, they brought me chorizo and egg so I sent it back. They gave me a Chicharrón plate but without egg, so I sent it back again. Staff was very disorganized, this should not be happening during breakfast or any time. It's not rocket science to read and make an order. Plus my guest ordered ONE breakfast taco and he waited 15 minutes. I do not recommend el pato on 23rd. The one on N. 10th street is better, more professional.

The tacos are definitely getting smaller and the prices are going higher, not sure why, the food is basically the same average El Pato as always. One positive is that they generally always have plenty of tea available. The chalupas are the best at this location.
