Came here because of the hype about their corn, so I ordered elote con todo en vaso and the original elote ribs. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come here again. It wasn't anything different than what I buy elsewhere except it's about double the price here and their elote en vaso tasted like buttered popcorn (I wasn't sure how to feel about that). However, it wasn't bad either and their customer service was great so I couldn't get myself to give them anything lower than 4 stars. I wish there was a snack place with an option of no artificial lime and a spicy elote sauce, but that's my personal preference.

Nasty old mushy weird flavored corn. Rude service and prolonged waiting. Over priced items with no flavor and disgusting sanitary skills. The young lady was wearing tiny shorts, pulled her wedgy and then started making water with half a lemon and a sprinkle of sugar. claiming it was lemonade. Both her and her mother got upset after requesting no slushy and no iced lemonade, just simple lemonade. She got upset we waited around the window even though there were no clients. i went to my car and waitrd even longer. approached the window after 30 min and they were barely making the corn...claimed the lemondae was being made yet she had made the so called lemonade in front of me. didnt want to give money back yet the stuff was disgusting. paid 20 for everything and it was not worth it. unsanitary.

Expectations were unmet.We bought some fresas con crema and a marranada at $15 altogether. The price for the two was on the higher end than what we normally pay at Snowball Express or Hannah Snacks.The Cheetos marranada was good, especially the use of non-canned corn. But it was standard.On the other hand, the other snack was disappointing when I found mushy strawberries mixed with fresh ones. The varying freshness ranged from a crisp bite to one so soft it broke apart as soon as I bit into it. It wasn’t infrequent, either. About one out of every four were mushy strawberries. And the crema was a bit watery, not as thick or creamy as others.On a positive note, they have good customer service that was friendly and it was nice that they allowed customers to wait in their cars.I think an improvement on the freshness would go far in elevating their quality and price justification.
