Worst customer service ever!!! They skipped me many times. And went with the others that were behind me

Food was just "OK". Wouldn't go there again. It wasn't horrible it just wasn't good. We ordered the meat trio fajita rib plate. And the fajita Pancho's. Service was not necessarily bad but servers didn't seem friendly they were short and matter of fact when though we you'd them this was out first time there but the hey they got the food but they kinda forgot about no refills nothing.

Came in at 8:44 they open at 7:30 and they still didn't even have the machines on now we have to wait for our yogurt ?

Lack of flavors is sad. Only four machines were working and they had leaks. Place seems like AC isn’t on felt warm. Staff inattentive. Seating area has no direction. Large seats but not good for eating your food. Patio chairs and tables are all in a corner. Seems like they don’t want to put them out. This is our second time here but it’s a no after this experience. Don’t know how they got awarded Readers choice award puzzling. Hope they provides better experience for others. Good day.

the frozen yogurt at the mall, the lady in charge gave me the most ugliest attitude that I had to speak up for myself. She was fighting me a cup that needed to be replaced because they had the signs of the frozen yogurt wrong, and I had told her as a feedback to at least put a sign that the machine is mislabeled and if I can have another cup because my coffee frozen yogurt came out color green? ofc I needed a new cup. This lady looked older, in her 40s, i can't believe she started to argue with me, I even told her that I apologize but your customer satisfaction was not it! pls stop putting these older women to attend the customers if they are going to be stingy and with a whole ass attitude. Me and my sister left disappointed! We really wanted our frozen yogurt :( but I'm glad I waited to go to black mint! I will definitely go now there for my frozen yogurt

Terrible service. People are never in a good mood. They also don’t have bathrooms available for customers. Do yourself a favor and check out another place.

Decent Fro-yo place. My favorite flavors are taro, cheesecake and pistachio. Wish they expanded their flavor options. Also, they don’t offer any low calorie or dairy free options. The toppings selection is great though.Check out their cute Barbie display

They closed 10 minutes before 11 , didn’t want to open the door, the owner should take a look at those employees , just lost a good client !

Cashier with glasses was so rude. Instead of going to enjoy and have a good time it was the opposite stressful and horrible experience. We were rushed through getting our selection of toppings and being charged. The lady started Preparing my own yogurt ice cream at the same time as one of family members while wanting them all to be ringed up at the same time constantly asking,”which will go together “ at the register, with her face of frustration. The worst part is my family were the only people at the time in that place. THERE WERE NO OTHER PEOPLE in the line waiting and it was still not closing time . I do not appreciate her rushing the whole process for my family and I.

Very rude lady the one with the glasses, was rushing us the entire time. It wasn’t even closing time, and we were the only ones there. She told us to hurry and just get our yogurts off the scale.

I would rate this place higher if they would fix leak on roof and check all drain traps make sure they are not dried up to get rid of funky smell.

They have a new rule where you have to ask for cups to self serve yogurt. It’s stupid. I waited 7-10 minutes just to get a cup to serve myself yogurt because staff was busy. I wish there were more yogurt flavors. Don’t come here.
