This was my first time in a Jersey Mike's Subs and I was amazed by the quality of the food and the friendly attentive service I received.I ordered The Original Italian (it was recommended to me by the friendly staff) and it was amazing, it was packed with meat's and the sauces make it taste fantastic.I am looking forward to return and order the cheese steak Chipotle Sub (which was also recommended by the staff) with a different type of bread, Overall amazing quality subs.

My family and I love the subs here no question about that . I give the food 5 stars ! But the service needs to be put on check , not for attitude or anything like that , they are just sooo slowwww at making the sandwiches !!! It took nearly 20 minutes for our food to be made , pay and sit . We had sat with 3 out of the 4 sandwiches before someone even started my wife's cheesesteak !! Again food is fantastic , they just need to step it up quicker !

I love Jersey Mikes the food is great, other sub shops don’t exist to me anymore! The north 10th location staff is always really friendly however, they are really, really slow at the best of times. If it’s busy forget about it you’ll burn 30-45 minutes waiting for your sandwich and if you attempt to get around this by ordering online your sandwich will never be ready when the email says it is no matter how early you place the order.

The staff here has trained me to order FAR ahead of time when using the app for a take out order. Even giving 30 minutes more than the app says, I arrive to find I have been charged and there is no sandwich. There are illiterate peasants all over the globe who can be trained to make sandwiches -- the staff at this location cannot!
