I was a passenger and I was completly ignored at the window. No response from them when trying to place my order. Even when telling them we had a mobile order they found it necessary to dismiss it. When getting the first order they quickly handed us the bag closed the window and continued to ignore us. Terrible customer care; so many better options in the area. I don't see myself coming back.

Utterly the worst McDonald’s location ever the employees have 0 awareness of customer needs especially in the drive thru walking by pick up window with no care of customer service poor management for afternoon team especially when close to closing ignoring customers I understand closing time is soon but to take my order and completely ignore my passenger order is just rude and disrespectful it almost they dragged the time out for them to use the excuse “we’re closed” it’s just horrible service and the lead in charge needs to be on top of their team for customer still at the window not only taking passengers order and not giving him his order is just wrong I hope the management can make this up with something if that’s even possible after today if I can give it 0 stars I would…….

I received my order missing items. The food was old and stale. They gave zero condiments, napkins or utensils. To top it off they gave me a oreo mcflurry that wasnt mixed just oreo on top. I have had multiple bad experiences at this McDonalds but today i decided to post a review to help others avoid this location.
