It wasn’t a bad experience at all, Although there were a few things… chips had a weird taste, like if they were recycled chips from previous days, my friend and I agree with it, unfortunately, we both got sick., service was good, our waitress was wonderful and very attentive.Another downside, it’s definitely not a place to watch sports, Classico America vs chivas, game was on but sound wasn’t.. not pleasant to watch a game like that… second time with this.. next time I will find alternative options for a game.

Family and i came to come and eat and have a nice time but as soon as we walked in we were getting ugly faces from the servers . then to top it off we asked if we could have a drink and the manger was just shouting at us and telling us we can no longer be there and we literally just have arrived to have a great time and we just got disgusting service . i do not recommend eating nor drinking here because it’s not worth it and they won’t even let you

Really bad experience my familiar and I had going last night just by the manager it self was horrible the customer service was not what we always get and it was something not pleasant the manager chino looking one shouldn’t treat customer like that and should be refrain from doing what he is

My ears are ringing. We could not hear each other and have a conversation. There's a screen shot below of how loud the music at 7:30! OSHA's permissible exposure limit (PEL) is 90 dBA for all workers for an 8 hour day. This was way over the limit. No drink prices on the menu so they can make up whatever they want to charge you. 20% gratuity is added to the bill. After they run your card, they do not bring back the itemized receipt just the merchant copy for you to sign. My guess is that they're hoping you didn't see the tacked on gratuity and then you'll tip again. Food was fine. No drink prices on the menu, blaring music and sketchy pay process leaves a lot of be desired.
