According to what they sell you 10 pieces of leg and thigh for $17 plus taxes, I know they are going to say what I want for that amountBut it's not worth it to deceive them by saying that leg and thigh and from the thigh they take 2 pieces, the thigh split in half, they give you 5 pieces of pure bone and 10 legs that look like quail, it's better not to put up their promotions and not deceive me in that way, it would be better if I I bought the whole chicken ? I bought 2 promotions. We always go to Taco Palenque and I had never been to Pollo Palenque, very bad experience!!

I never give bad feed back and i go there a lot but not gonna joke i have been asking for flour tortillas and the past 5 times they give me something else and then make have to get down my car because they asked me to move from the window next time will make sure not to move so they can make sure they give me everything correct it seems like they do it on purpose now since literally has been the 5th time in a row same employee in less than 2 week it is really upsetting having to go thru drive thru then having to go find a parking space to go get what i order.

Have visited this Restaurant for years always great food. As of late the chicken is served cold skillet isn't even sizzling. Issue was brought to managers and the issue is ongoing what is strange if that this is happening during lunchtime you'd think the chicken should be hot but it isn't

We have never dined in, always drive thru. Their drive thru guys are always super friendly and polite. Maybe one a bit deaf as I asked no caldo on my charro beans and they didn’t listen. BUT the chicken is the BEST grilled chicken I have had. I’m not much of a grilled chicken eater but this is the exception. Every time we get the family packs is to share with guests we have at home and they all have loved it. The rice is also one-of-a-kind, super good.

Well the food was good but it was very difficult to eat it while it felt like a sauna inside. Is the AC broken or something? And I had to clean my own table while the employee just watched me; a lot of tables were dirty and I did not want to sit next to the window that felt really hot. The food came out at different times also and the guys were just chilling on their phones behind the counter while all the tables were still dirty. Usually like this place but today (07/10/23) they were slacking.

Ruben did an awesome job! We ordered drive-thru and I guess we forgot something else and drove away. He ended up chasing after us to give us our food. Great customer service!!!
Very disappointed, ordered from drive thru. It took them about 10 minutes to give me my order, when I get home I found out an overcooked chicken.

My greatest appreciation to the management and upper management team of this establishment, my wife and I had a minor issue with the cashier and a member of the kitchen staff, regarding an order we wanted that varied a slight bit from the original menu item that resulted in us leaving the restaurant without placing any order at all. I contacted the the main office and within minutes we received phone calls from both the District manager and general manager who were both super professional and genuinely concerned about our experience within their restaurant and went above and beyond to make it right ,WOW! you don't see customer service like this nowadays. Turns out it was a simple misunderstanding due to a training issue with their employees that was corrected right away, we look forward to revisiting this establishment in the future.Thank you, Carlos and Cruz you are truly awesome representatives of the Palenque organization.
