My food was great but I noticed the team leader/manager, not sure what he is, wasn't wearing gloves the entire time I was dinning in. As a manager he should know better than to be touching everything in the store and in that same moment turn around to make customers food. Luckily a super nice lady/team member made my food and put gloves on. Great service for me but that really upset me because we can argue he possibly washed his hands but we don't know for sure. I've worked in the food industry since I was 16 years old and even then I knew to ALWAYS put gloves on and wash my hands before a new pair being worn. It really sucks to have to write this review because everyone else in there was great but that's a big no no and a big OSHA violation. He was like a skinny guy wearing a gray collar shirt. It's common knowledge that I'm fast food restaurants the managers or team leaders don't wear regular T-shirts, they for the most part wear button up shirts so I know for a fact he is in one of those positions.

I just went thru the drive thru, Spanish 100% I get it we are a border town but be kind to us folks that don’t speak Spanish. Looked like the manager at the window as I paid , no bag just gave me my sandwich, didn’t look happy didn’t say hi, just gave me total amount and didn’t give me a receipt. I love Popeyes, but this place….ppl who don’t want to work there and make that extra effort to be nice to customers. I want to get Popeyes but with ppl like this working there, I rather not. Management needs to retrain their employees and at least crack a smile and say hi or something. With this world and everything evil in it, why do you guys gotta be so rude.

Ridiculous!!! I went through the drive thru at around 2: 45, no line and very few cars in their parking lot! I asked for the bacon and cheese chicken sandwich combo, but there was no cheese or bacon in the sandwich! I cannot understand how they can make a mistake like this when I was the only car at the drive thru! I should have looked at their stars before giving them my business! The manager didn't apologize just offered to give me a credit, but I'm not asking for free stuff just that they get the orders correct the first time.

If I could give this place 0 stars for service, I would. There is this one lady, if you can even call her a lady, with boycut hair style and on the chunkier side. I'm assuming she is management based on the button up polo she was wearing. I'm not sure how she ended up with that position since her customer service skills are horrible. She was pissed off from the very beginning, im not sure if my husband and i were taking long to order or what her issue was. Once we finished ordering, she didn't even give us the receipt. If it wasn't for my husband having to reach over the counter to receive it, i would have walked out without it because god knows what type of attitude i would have gotten if i had asked for it. I called corporate to inform them of my experience and even they are ridiculous as they have a text messaging system to respond to you and not even an actual person. No wonder that's why employees don't give a damn about the job since they don't have any repercussions.

The order taker made one mistake, the order filler made another. I hadn't eaten at popeyes for over a week, so I let it slide. Love that chicken, and plenty of Diet Coke. Why do they keep broken equipment in the dining room? This is the only popeyes that doesn't play Cajun music in the dining room. NRJ.

Here’s a tip for future customers: always check your food. I ordered a 5 piece chicken meal last night using a code from the app and only received a 3 piece. Food tasted over cooked as well. Never had any issues with Popeyes until now. Definitely not worth $11.90.
