Ordered the cinnamon cup and it was terrible, even the rolls on the counter looked like the’ve been there for days. Mine was dry and it had no frosting. Went out of my way to get this. Never buying here again.

The young lady who brought our food to our table looked like she didn't want to be there. Plus we were waiting to go into the restroom, this same employee came out of the restroom and didn't even give us a heads-up that there was no toilet paper. I notified the young man at the register that there was no TP in the women's restroom but I saw no sense of urgency.

2/9/24The good here is very good well at least what I ordered. Can to eat with a friend and I had the #2 turkey with avocado sandwich medium. My friend had the #4 the classic. My sandwich was very good, I especially like the toasted bread. Sorry no pics of the sandwich it was so good I forgot.

The ONLY reason why I’m giving 3 stars is because the food is always delicious but I’m very upset with their customer service. I accidentally put pick up order instead of delivery and asked them to cancel I never received my refund and never got my points back. I used my points for that sandwich:(
Poor management and service period not the first time this has happened. They lost our order in the system according to the staff . 10th location and staff was just fine they had their stuff together.
