IT TOOK HALF AN HOUR TO TAKE THE ORDER AND more than half an hour to give us 4 pin ches raspas and chicharrones with sauce. I also saw a lot of people waiting there since we arrived and they left 5 minutes before us.

I will never come to any snowball express ever again. Since I didn’t have cash, they wanted to charge me a processing fee. I get it most locations do that. But they didn’t advise me that they were going to. I asked her my card back. Person that attended me at the window didn’t even look at me while trying to give me my car back and dropped it under the building. Another employee had to come outside and get it for me. Been coming here for years even when they started at the location by Sam’s.

Only come here if you have 30+min to spare to wait for your order. I placed an order for 1 snow cone and chips and was waiting for 30min and they only had 2 other cars waiting. I asked the person how much longer it would take after 17min and she stated I was up next yet took another 15min.

I don't like to complain or put bad reviews but this is the worst case I had ever seen so far. You treat them with true kindness but these people are the rudest I had ever seen. They have no manners whatsoever when it comes to customers. I was starting to believe my chamolaka was spit on.

Just moved to McAllen and have tried this place twice because it’s near home. I’m gonna say, hard pass. I had the cherry Piccadilly and it was so damn salty!? Lots of other really good places in McAllen for these types of snacks. Also, this place feels very pricey.

So I have been to the locations in Mission and Pharr and I have no complaint about those two. THIS LOCATION HOWEVER... I will never go again.Reasons:• Take too long• Price increase for use of debit/credit card not disclosed upfront. Paid $8+ for a medium ChanoTrole.• Even after the "not-so-friendly" guy called the manager to explain, she did not even apologize for not disclosing.• When I requested an itemized receipt, she said she couldn't give me one.The one star I gave it was for the taste. My ChamoTrole was good.
