I was completely ignored. They did not follow standard Starbucks protocol for ordering, queuing up, or waiting for your drink to be prepared. I left for a real Starbucks.

Hate to say this but it's been two separate incidents where our order gets completely mixed up instead of late's we were give iced coffees and the other time we were waiting a long time over half an hour . Sorry you guys need better skills just a simple courtesy call and the whole mixup could have been avoided .

Meh. The drinks are made well... however the staff is VERY snobby. I have gone 2x now and they are always with attitude and looking miserable. I understand they are SUPER busy as it's the Valley and all the Valley women shop non stop but still smile. I'd probably only get coffee here if I HAVE to. Cheer up.

So I come rushing in to try to make it before Starbucks closes. I order the drink I always get and the girl tells me they can’t make it because it’s 10 minutes till closing time (think it was more like 15/20 min) and the blender won’t be available. So basically telling me they don’t wanna dirty it and have to clean it anymore. Like what!? Is this normal? I get it it was almost closing time (I didn’t do it on purpose) nobody wants to stay longer then they have to at work or whatever but that’s just unacceptable. I didn’t order anything else because that’s all I like to get recently and it’s my fav. So now I have to go out of my way to a different Starbucks for it.
