Hire employees who follow policy and not lazy employees who wait 30 minutes until the customer comes to follow through and complete the online order. Not busy no customers. Employee said he didn't do online order because he was waiting on the customer on purpose. Hire hard working employees and get better management that actually pay attention to the store and their staff. Your Employee didnnot do order correctly. And 3 items that I ordered your staff employee only did one item. This happened February 21, 2024 at 3:20 pm. Employee staff does not follow through instructions especially from a simple ticket. Ran out of TOMATO on 2-05-24.Ran out of pepperoni the NEXT DAY (2-06-24).Ran out of ONION also on 2-06-24.How does a SANDWICH SHOP run out of tomato, pepperoni, and onion within 2 consecutive days?! TOMATOES and ONIONS are main ingredients of a sandwich!Also, when you drop plastic cups into the "RECYCLABLE" section of the trash bin next to the entrance, if you look down into it, it just goes into the "TRASH" section. This location is advertising "RECYCLABLES", but not really doing it.

Have the Chinese bought Subway?No respect. No military discount, no first responders discount, no senior discounts.Wasn't it just last year we were singing "$5... footlong..." prices have DOUBLED.On top of that, a tip jar. At these prices, pay your people $15 per hour and get rid of tip jars, please.Food quality is good. Menu policy has changed. I did not notice until I was at the cash register. Months back, I could go to Subway order a "regular Italian," which was a 6". If you wanted a footlong, you had to specify footlong.Now, not only has Subway increased prices, but if you order a "reg italian," you get a footlong. So a meal deal for one person after taxes is $16.Kid-friendliness: I did not see high chairs.Parking: It was very crowded and busy at lunch. The parking spots seemed smaller than usual.Wheelchair accessibility: There were a few handicap parking spots, but none available.

New robot system outside the drive thru makes it easier.. yet a little bit of an inconvenience because you have to stretch your arm out..but I can understand how it makes everything easier for both parties. I ordered through drive thru today and I saw like a pinch of each item I selected. The sandwhich was mostly just bread. As you can see, the lettuce was so little, as well as 3 spinach leaves.. 1 turkey 1 ham.. and I ordered a footling. For the price of $15.00 for the large coke, chips, and footling.. it was like a steal out of my pockets. I remember when subway used to be the most economic fast food we could get when I was 10. Please bring the prices back down again please.
