Terrible service. I called over 30 times to fix my online order. No one answered. My order sat on the shelf for 3 hours, I no longer wanted it, they couldn’t refund me because “it was not their problem”. The workers had terrible attitudes.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE.I personally recommend to go to the Shary Rd location but we came to this one since I was coming back from STC.Me and my brother went today and ordered an online order since there was a promotion going on. Both of our sandwiches were similar except the veggies and dressings. I don't think anyone reviews these evaluations, today a dark-haired woman who dyes her hair yellow and is tattooed threw chicken from my Subway and was upset and didn't give me tomato, they should close this branch.
