If you live in the Rio Grande Valley, you have probably been to this restaurant. It is local food at relatively low prices, and it is open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Remember that this is a small town, not a big city, so staying open all night is unusual. We tried it a couple of times. We ordered bean tacos, egg tacos, and coffee. It was good Mexican food. They have a breakfast combo that is very popular: 2 tacos plus coffee for about $5. We went through the drive-through window. The service was friendly and relatively fast.

Picked up an order of fajitas today. What a rip off!!!! A ton of onions were placed under the meat to make it appear like a good amount. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Not cool Taco Palenque. But I'm sure you don't care.

The ratings need to be alot higher than listed here. The Tacos Al Pastor are some of the best along with their Fajita beef tacos so tender and most. Make the stop in the RGV you'll kick yourself if ya dont. Can i have a pipeline back to Wyoming??
