Tried the fish sandwich today and it wasn’t bad at all. The cashier was even able to calm down my hubby , as he was not happy about the store not having salt or pepper for our fries. Over all the location is great.

The food is good but the service was awful unfortunately. Maybe the speaker is broken or they just don't care about someone with dietary restrictions. When I went back in to have it fixed, they did but but not before throwing the food and storming off.

Around 8:15 pm staff was unfriendly from my entry until I left the facility. I visited with my kids and wife. First time poor experience at Arby's.

Poorly trained employees, nonexistent manager and obviously an owner who does not care about his store. Went to order off the 1,2,3 menu. Asked the employee at the window and she said the don't do that here. It was listed on the web site and did not state online only. Asked for the manager and was refused. Asked for her name and was given Marie no last name and no phone number to be able to speak with her. My next email will be to the BBB for deceptive advertising. The food was what you would expect but the service and helpfulness was at the bottom of the scale. The owner needs to step in and get a handle on this store.
