The ice cream is softer than soft serve! It’s literally a scoop of barely solid ice cream on a cone. They don’t have the freezers turned up enough or something because this is the second time in a row this has happened and I won’t be coming back. I don’t go to Baskin Robbins to get a scoop of mushy soft serve.

We placed an online order for a cookies & cream ice cream cake for our sons birthday. It was ready at the time I elected && it was a hit!! They loved it!!

Stopped on my way home, wanted ice cream to cool off. Waited patiently for the next associate to become available. He ask who's next and I responded with me and raised my hand because there were two other people around me waiting and looking at the flavors available. The guy bypassed me and went to another customer. This lady ordered 3 drinks, I only wanted to sample 1 flavor I was curious about. Thankfully, another associate became available to help me. After getting served I went to grab napkins. The male employee that originally ignored me to then move out of his way to give the customer he skipped me for to hand her a tray of drinks.

This place is great, but can we for the love of God not put drinks in bags please! I had a poor customer's drink ruin her entire order because of this and I wasn't aware of it. This was months ago! I'm surprised enough people haven't complained to convince your workers to stop doing this. DRINKS do not go into BAGS!!

Who doesn't love Baskin-Robbins? This joint is very neatly maintained, polite staff, everything is well arranged in here. The store has a good number of customers visiting for dine in and to go orders.
