I wanted to take my wife to have a nice lunch, and also I wanted a break from cooking ? . We ordered the Classic Breakfast . I had eggs, grilled ham, hash browns and pancakes. Complete 5/5! The pancakes were delightful as well as everything else. This is certainly a hidden gem in McKinney . We love it, and will certainly go back again. The restaurant is very clean which is certainly a plus . ❤️

The food was disgusting. I do not even know what was going on with the bacon in the omelette but it looked almost spoiled or something. Avocado was also completely brown. Took 2 bites before I was disgusted. I will not be going back & I hope I don’t get sick..

This was my first time and we had a very friendly young lady named McKinley as our waitress. She had a great attitude and wore a genuine smile. The restaraunt was very clean. The breakfast food was amazing. I highly recommend it.
My dine in experience was great thanks to the green haired waitress she is amazing. However my pick up experience wasn’t see my one photo for reference.

Great diner. I had the chicken fried steak breakfast. It was an incredible value with eggs, grits, and pancakes.
The service was horrible. Jayla C. was our waitress. Never checked on us. Came to get empty plates, but didn’t speak. Water never refilled. And the food was HORRENDOUS! French toast was cold. The turkey bacon tasted like a cooked cigarette! The manager didn’t want to take the bacon off and was so mean. Also she had a nasty cold sore and kept touching it while talking to me! I will NEVER be back! And if you like flavor, do NOT go there!!! The grits COULDN’T be fixed. I tried to add salt, pepper and even sugar, still disgusting!

This place was horrendous! I had the turkey bacon and it tasted like cooked cigarettes! My server didn't even check on us. The grits was so bad! Nothing had flavor. Manger was rude as ever! Asian lady with a cold sore! She was so sarcastic and rude! I'll never be back!

A cozy hole-in-the-wall restaurant in the McKinney Ranch area. Their food is pretty good for what you pay for, however some of their service leaves something to be desired. When my mother had toast as a side, it was not toasted and had to be sent back to be toasted. A good economical place for breakfast, but needs some work on their overall service quality.
