We like the coffee, service and decor. But the noise (aka, acid rock) being played inside is more than we can take. We’ve been a regular customer at this McKinney location since it opened, but we won’t be back until they switch to coffee shop music.

Very disappointed in ordering a "breakfast burrito" through ubereats. This mini taco was $8.80... there was no way to know this would be the sizing and was so disappointing especially at that price! The coffee was decent though.

What a great new coffee option! I have tried many of the coffee drinks, favorites are Carmel Blondie and Mexican Mocha, but had a custom lavender, honey latte that was delicious. Love that their drinks are not too sweet and they will adjust as requested. Had phenomenal service from Emma B and Oleks every time I go in. Emma is my regular person and she is so kind and quick to offer suggestions on new drinks to try. Last time I was in she had read the company's spring newsletter and was able to tell me about drinks to look forward to for spring - so cool! Can't wait to go back and try the new spring offerings. Great design and atmosphere of their interiors.

Another lovely day at Black Rock Coffee. We got up early to enjoy a morning coffee at our new favorite coffee shop and Emma and Oleks never disappoint! Emma greeted us with a beautiful smile and Oleks made a killer coffee as always! Thank you both for always being so positive and making our days that much better!

I went in to meet some friends got my $3 cup of coffee black ,(which was good) I didn't try any specialty coffees. A couple of pastry items looked fresh but I didn't try one. The atmosphere was wonderful... various types of seating, some comfy, comfy chairs as well as table as well as deuces.

I really do enjoy this coffee bar. The pastries and drinks are always delicious, but the workers are what makes this place so amazing. They're always so sweet and kind. Never rush the convo, very personable and friendly. They have great recommendations and have helped educate me on coffee!

I want to say, the only negative thing was there are no high chairs which as a mom with a toddler, is super inconvenient!! But the food is AMAZING, the coffee and the staff are SUPER awesome! I wish we had one in Frisco!!

The Irish coffee was good. The breakfast burrito was mislabeled. It was a breakfast taco, and a sad one at that. It barely had anything inside of it. Don't make the same mistake I did ordering it!

I'm so glad I found a coffee shop that offers Mexican mocha. Service is fast; it felt like a Starbucks with a small seating area, and a drive thru. Since it was not packed when I stopped by, I think it might be a good place for quick meetings. It was pretty quiet.
