I ordered food through my mobile phone and chose food pickup Drive thru. A female employee's voice through the speaker was not friendly and said that since I had ordered food including 4 shakes, I had to come inside the store to pick them up. It was difficult to carry 4 shakes, another drink, and food at once, so I had to make two trips. I complained to a female employee that I didn't understand why I had to go inside the store to pick them up when I chose Drive thru for this reason, but she just repeated that I ordered 4 shakes. And the staff was so unfriendly and rude. I didn't even beg for food and paid for them. I never want to go to that store again.

The guy who took my order at drive thru was very polite but didn't give me a receipt. Pulled up to the 2nd window and hispanic lady gave me my order. Didn't say thanks, come again, nothing... a bit rude, fries were double fried tasted like they were old and tossed in fryer again. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and chicken was very hard. Toooooo crispy almost burnt. Iuw

I accidentally ordered a chicken sandwich from drive through thinking it was another fast food restaurant. The chicken sandwich I got was gross! so nasty.
Well, I did my order online. Went thur drive thur, Was told to park waited 10 minutes for food and coffee. At least the food was hot. I guess they had to cook all of it.

Today’s date, November 9. 7 PM Asked for a large fry, and this is what they gave me like they just took what was left and threw it in this fry cup thing. However, they floated me down with ketchup, but no fries and the young lady at the window attitude stinks y’all need to work on her she’s gonna be the reason why y’all go down get rid of her or continue to lose customers I also asked for double mayonnaise on both buns and this is what I got.
Restaurant was clean and food was good and hot and quick.
