Overall I would give the location a 3.5. the service was alright. Not outstanding. This is a very busy area so I will give them credit for being fast getting the meals out to guests. But the food wasn't all that great . They also forgot my son's fries.The fries were dry and went cold fast. The grilled chicken sandwich used to be larger for the price. I don't remember the bun being that small either. It was more round and had a nice shiny coating to the top of it.The chicken was also dry in the sandwich. Without sauce it would have been hard to eat.The honey mustard wasn't as expected. It had too much horseradish. I prefer a cleaner tasting honey mustard.I do appreciate the playground. I was not aware of it.The total today was a little over 19.00 for a kids meal and one sandwich with fries. Not too sure of that price to portion ratio either.

Angela is the sweetest! Great hospitality. Very friendly and personable. She made this chic fil an experience beautiful. After I didn’t like my frozen lemonade, she gladly replaced both drinks with something different. Just very sweet.
We went to the one on 380 and I'm surprised there was no line.

I know this is a stupid petty thing to leave a review over, but it’s happened more than once at this location. They’re already skimpy on the dressing they give you, but after ordering EXTRA dressing and my receipt indicating 6 ranch dressings, I didnt receive a single one. Eating dry nuggets made my bad day even worse.

We drove 15 minutes to get food at this location. We ordered through the drive thru, ordered 4 Chick-fil-a sauce, got to the window and payed. We were told they were OUT of Chick-fil-a sauce!!!! AFTER WE PAYED!! WHO RUNS OUT OF CHICK-FIL-A SAUCE!!! It’s their main sauce!!!!!! We are so pissed!! We returned our food and got a refund!! This was so frustrating! The Chick-fil-A sauce makes the meal!!!! ?
