This place is a great lunch spot! It was my first time here. First off, The Trio meal deal is really good value. You can get a sand witch, a scoop of chicken salad, and a side for under $13. It comes with crackers and a mini cookie as well. The sandwitch is full size, I bit into it. The server Reece was very friendly and guided me through the ordering process. I would come back again!

I didn't expect the mac&cheese to be good but to my surprise it was tasty. The chicken salad blt was delicious. I got the Olivia's Old South bc I don't like nuts. Wish they had one with grapes without nuts. All in all the food was really good!

My husband and I enjoyed dining here. The General Manager, Reece who took our order acted very pleasant and polite as well as the other staff members. The service is quick and the food taste fresh and healthy.
Ive been wanting to try this for a couple yesrs now and finally made it over and O get what the fuss is about, I loved my sandwich, it definitely the spot.Light yet filling, flavors were perfect. Definitely going back soon!

Paul was the worst manager I ever encountered!! He was a rude, unhappy, and unprofessional person. Yelled at me and tossed my food like it's trash. Disrespectful person to look at! I feel bad for the employees who work with him. As long as he working there, I will never bring friends or family to this Chicken Salad Chick again!

Fairview location: This was my first visit to Chicken Salad Chick. Friendly staff, bright inviting dining room. I ordered a scoop of the Fancy Nancy with a side of fresh fruit. It was fresh and pretty good. I was a bit surprised that the grapes in the chicken salad were left whole and the apple was non existent in the scoop I received. I'd give the restaurant another try.

I really wanted to try this place but on a Saturday about 11am with a group of three already ordering when I walked in another single person waiting and a group of two entering just before me. We never could order. The group in from left then so did I. Waited and waited and waited. They were not that busy and had two cashier's helping the one group and for whatever reason they were taking forever. I just dunno why the second cashier did not just help the next person instead of chatting it up with the one group already being helped? Maybe some other day but I do not live in the area and probably will not make the drive just to try them.
We are hooked! The strawberry salad with poppyseed dressing is soooo good. And they make chicken salad like Momma used to make with pickles and eggs. Thank you CSC for helping to remember Momma.

Great food when they have it in stock. Tuesday evening and we tried to order one of our favorites, Olivia's Old South, but no, they're out of it. So, I order my backup (Egg salad) and wife orders her favorite, then after we pay, they tell us they are out of her favorite Fancy Nancy. A properly managed store should not run out of their best selling products. Not good.

The restaurant has a home-like feel and it usually pretty well cleaned, as far as the tables and seating goes.Parking: It's an outdoor shopping strip in a shopping center with several eateries and shops here so it can get busy.
