What's the point of having curbside service if I still need to go inside and ask for my ordered food??! This is the second time this has happened! I pay online, pull up in the designated area for pickup, and then checked in with the link provided. The service here is a hit or miss!

Bad wings… I didn’t even eat 1/2 of them. Too large, under cooked, rubbery and the bones were black inside. It was a long day, I was tired and didn’t care to exchange out the food.. I just enjoyed my beer. **The chef/cook should have looked at those and had some common sense…do they just take things out of a bag and throw it in the deep fryer without looking or thinking? I ate the 3 regular sized wings and left the other 5 undercooked wings. Ive seen a lot bad wings on the show Bar Rescue and these are the same. The wings were almost the size of a chicken leg ?… I’ll be back an give them another try and update my review

First time at this location. We normally go to the Prosper location and love the food and service! Our table was forgotten about from our waitress and we were being served by other waiters. The loaded potato soup was lukewarm the shredded cheese on top would not even melt. I don’t know what the deal was as not a lot of people when we arrived.
Ordered curbside which is why I am unable to rate the atmosphere. As for the curbside service? Stellar!! As for our meal? The burgers were yummi-licious!!!!
