The cashier at night is rude, she doesn't know how to work when the place is full, she uncovers the food and what's in it is written on the plate, and the staff works very dirty and disorganized, I had to leave my order there because it made me sick. the way she uncovered the plate and touched my quesadilla with her hands!

Great food & service. Friendly staff. This can vary by location but this location does good and better than some others I’ve been to lately. I’ve done takeout and dine in as well as ordering through app. Good experience with all.

Worst Chipotle I have visited. Rude staff. They were out of medium salsa. No "we are making more", just out. You are Chipotle. When you run out, make more. They wouldn't sell me a the kids chips ala carte. "Those are only for the kids meals". I know there is a sku, they have a button. I buy a kids chip at every Chipotle I visit, as the regular bag is too large for a single person. I was noticeably irritated, and they didn't even apologize. There was a combination on the bathrooms!!! This is McKinney, TX, not Compton, CA. Your bathroom doesn't need a lock. Ice reservoir was empty. Someone told them, but no one came out to fill. Guess customers will drink tepid drinks. Just horrible.

Juan is incredibly rude and has absolutely no manners or etiquette in speaking with customers. I requested for my bowl to be remade bc they put 3 meats when I asked for 2. No big deal, just a misunderstanding. Afterwards, he gave me the refund for the extra charge for the third meat and continued arguing with me that I needed to pay for my bowl again. I had to sit there and explain to him that I’ve already paid for my bowl until it finally clicked with his brain. Rather than apologizing for trying to double charge me, he just brushed it off probably because he felt stupid. From the start, he was incredibly rude and standoffish. When I asked his name, he said “why” and stared me down. I will 100% be driving out to a further chipotle. I do want to shoutout the cook in the back who saw my Palestine shirt and expressed his support, he is probably the only guy in that store who actually smiled and did not look miserable.

Service at this location has dropped severely it seems to be an issue every time you ask them to add or remove anything, the cashier didn't know how to redeem points, everyone has an attitude.. sucks to see a staple falling

I really appreciate just giving money away like times are not hard enough for everyone right now…. I ordered on the app and I doubled the meat on my burrito bowl I didn’t even get that I also ordered barbacoa tacos as well and they didn’t even have any meat in them at all it was a runny sloppy mess that got all over my shirt then to top it all off they have a stupid pin pad to get into the restroom and the code she gave me didn’t work and it just completely errored out where I couldn’t even get it open…… don’t order from this garbage

I definitely should have read most of the reviews first ! I ordered first thing in the morning big mistake . I’m thinking maybe they prep nope i guess not . The food came thrown together i ordered a bowl and it was missing ingredients. As I’m eating the steak bowl I'm like this is different . I should’ve known when two of my children who normally share the bowl with me tastes it and was like noooooo thank you . Yet here i am thinking well shoot i already spent the money . Anyway , i eat like a 1/4 then throw it out thinking maybe i just ordered too early in the morning . Two hours later i have the WORST HEADACHE ever and I'm throwing up everywhere. LONG STORY SHORT im officially chipotle scarred because of this experience laughing but sooooo serious , next recommendation?

Food is ok the thing that is wrong here is servers in line are inconsistent in their portion sizes and they need to do better in wrapping food so as not to get it all over the wrapping or tray makes it look unappetizing.

The floors are disgusting, covered in mud and rice. It’s giving what Texas Roadhouse gave with the peanuts littering the floors. The cashier was rude. The prices are higher than other chipotles in McKinney, the only redeeming quality is they didn’t skimp me on my bowl.
