The slow snail like service is horrible. I placed my to go order at 5:14pm and it's currently 5:45pm and I'm still waiting.
First location I’ve been to that actually had a good Alfredo sauce and pizza that was good. They kept everything well stocked and were quick to have tables cleaned.

$12.95 for mediocre pizza and a drink, not really enough pizza out at any time, can't seem to keep the place clean, this place used to be a great value. It's now mediocre. They still have the best cinnamon roll like thing desserts ever. But as soon as they put them out they're gone. They just don't seem to make enough of them. The people working here are very nice. Is the place of one star, no it's probably two or three, but nobody pays attention to Two Three or four, they only want five or one so they can talk about it. This place needs some serious help. It's very busy, so maybe they just don't care.

Came here to with my father, my father puts in order for a custom pizza to eat. Our buzzer rings when it’s ready and I go check, not our pizza and the girls in the back say it is what we ordered. Instead of asking what our order was they insisted that’s what we ordered. Eventually someone told them it’s not what we ordered and they literally grabbed our order from pizza they already had sitting out. Very disappointing

We love Cicis. Since my boys were little now Trey is grown with his own little one. That's right I am Gigi now. Trey and I still stop by Cicis and eat 4 plates of pizza and don't forget cinnamon rolls and apple crisp. Yummy yummy good pizza.
