Texas two-step and pecan praline. Like nothing else. Coming back for sure!

Large cinnamon roll puffed up in middle hardly any cinnamon & sugar filling, mostly dough. Showed cashier & she said the baker did all like that. Dissatisfied;(not returning.

Undercooked is an understatement. Soggy raw dough served as banana bread. I typically order from the Frisco location and they bake it properly.

I knew this location was bad from my last experience, my roll was soggy, the frosting was bitter, but I still came back. This time I ordered online pickup, once I showed up no one was in the store. When I mean no one I mean not one person, I called out several times, and I didn't get an answer. The worker from the ice cream shop next door saw me after I had been waiting in the store for 10 minutes, and came to tell me, the worker had a "emergency" and would be back soon. I proceed to wait a total of thirty plus minutes, and the worker from the ice shop came back, and I ask him where is this so called worker because it was ridiculous that no one had shown up yet. As I'm saying this, a girl shows up, walks past us, and then goes towards the back. I walk up to the register, and tell her I already made an online order and had been waiting for the thirty minutes. She picks up my receipt and doesn't at all acknowledge anything I said or at the very least apologize. I can go into detail the next events to occur, but I rather not. All I can say is she was disrespectful, rude, and horrible at her job. I hope management looks at their camera footage of March 20th 4-5 pm and see's that she needs to be fired. I will never go back to this location. If you want rude service, and horribly cooked rolls go ahead.

Often times they serve cold cinnamon rolls. I’m mad today. The fact that we pay so much for these, they should be served warm or be offered to serve warm. It’s disappointing to not be made aware. The first time I thought it was a one off situation but it happened again today. Advertise these as cold cinnamon rolls beforehand and/or ask if we want them warmed up. Never coming back.

Cinnaholic is a great place for sweet dessert lovers! Build your own cinnamon roll, choose from an extensive menu, or try other items such as cookies/drinks! The campfire smores roll was loaded with toppings. Keep in mind it definitely is a bit sweet and heavy, so it may not appeal to those with a milder sweet tooth. Service is always friendly, and the ambiance is nice and simple!

The actual cinnamon roll was bad. The icing tasted like bad melted butter. I had to throw it out after a few bites trying to make it work.

Their cinnamon rolls are delicious. Hot from the oven. The toppings set them apart from other cinna's. Create your own or try banana "pudding" or a cheesecake topping. Calories well spent. And they have really good cookies too.

Had to wait 20 minutes for an Uber eats order. There was one person working the front but one person in the back as well. If there are back up or orders, the person in the back should come help out the person in the front. 20 minutes for a delivery order or any order for that matter is way too long.

We’ve been here numerous times trying a variety of cinnamon roll flavors and we’re convinced something has changed. We tried both of the December featured flavors. The rolls were smaller and the icing consistency was way off. It’s usually thick/creamy but this time around it was a thinner consistency and flaked like icing on store bought cinnamon rolls does. It may have been a coincidence but we’re worried it somehow had lactose in it despite saying they’re vegan due to my husband suffering after eating his roll the same way he does when he eats lactose containing products, since he is lactose intolerant. Not sure if it’s worth it again if we have to worry about the quality going downhill and it possibly having lactose in the icing based on what happened.

Had to introduce my friend to this wonderful and yummy place!! I am very familiar with Cinnaholic and have gone to all 3 locations near me! My friend had never heard of it and so I had to take her to the McKinney location to try it out! So, so yummy! Looking for a cinnamon roll and made the way you want, look no further! Try Cinnaholic!

Yummy yummy cinnamon rolls! Reminds me of the ones I pay $30 just to enter into the state fair to spend another $14 on a cinnamon roll! Now I can have them anytime I want
