One of the most disrespectful laziest courts in DFW areaThe only court that will put a hold on your license for petty stuff... they might as well be homeless Beggars on the corner do not answer their phones because they don't want argue with the multitude of people that are just trying to clear the record absolutely disrespectful and lazy ..they should be ashamed

My experience at the Collin County Courthouse warrants a three-star rating due to significant security concerns and parking issues that detract from the overall experience. One of the most concerning aspects is the poor job done by security personnel. The restriction on bringing water bottles or liquids into the courthouse, forcing individuals to rely on water fountains and vending machines, is not only inconvenient but also unprofessional. Additionally, the security checks conducted at the entrance are inadequate, leading to potential safety risks within the courthouse premises.During my 4 years of employment at the courthouse, I observed numerous security issues that were not effectively addressed. There is a clear need for improved training and procedures to ensure the safety and security of everyone entering the courthouse.Furthermore, the lack of separate parking for employees, which results in them sharing parking spaces with defendants and court participants, is a safety concern. Separate parking would not only enhance safety but also improve the overall experience for employees. In summary, while the Collin County Courthouse provides essential legal services, there are significant areas for improvement, particularly regarding security protocols and employee parking arrangements. Addressing these issues would enhance the overall efficiency and safety of the courthouse environment. The cafeteria is great, and so is the staff there. The guards are pretty nice too.

I was picked for jury duty here when I lived in Anna back in 2010. It was terrible because I was on no sleep, and they still made me serve. It is a beautiful courthouse, and the people were nice. My goal is to visit all courthouses in the State of Texas before I turn 50, so I crossed this one off 13 years ago.

If you have to come here for anything in any sort of county court or district court, good luck. Presumption of guilt is highly prevalent here. They will always try to throw some sideways deal at you with the assumption you don’t know what you’re signing, very very dishonest criminal Justice system. The county clerks office is great though, always a pleasure and always very helpful getting documents printed and notarized.

The DA's office is characterized by its rude and narcissistic jerks. I wouldn't recommend it for anybody.

Collin county pct 4 is horrible! Very inconsiderate! They do not answer the phone! They do not answer emails in a timely manner! I’m trying to get things cleared away so I won’t get into any future trouble and I can’t get any help! You won’t know anything unless you take off and go up there. And I took my time to come here on a Friday but they’re closed! Ridiculous! You are failing to service the people!

This courthouse is a JOKE! The Family Court and the Child Support Division is beyond ridiculous in Collin County. This panel of female judges are highly incapable and should be replaced. They defend and favor men, because most men in Collin County are the bread winners. If you want to pay your child support whenever you feel the need then Collin County Courthouse is the place for you. There are absolutely no consequences for arrears in this county.
