Really don’t get it. Phone number doesn’t work. Hours open aren’t accurate. Can’t get ahold of anytime. I’ve tried coming here at least 5 times now, and every time their doors are locked. There’s no website, Facebook page barely gets updates…Not sure when they are actually open, since the reviews keep getting posted making you think they’re operating. Just tried coming here yet again. First time visiting this place, and as soon as you walk in, you can tell it’s going to be a really good place to eat. The food was delicious so flavorful we got the quesa birria tacos and the menudo and it was so delicious and flavorful will definitely go again. And I liked that it was family owed you can taste the authenic Mexican taste in the food .

Ordered the Birria tacos, horchata and the churrosFood was absolutely delicious and fresh horchata was perfect and the churros were amazing worth the money the high quality you get here definitely a secret spot in mckinney you need to visit!

Delicious food at very reasonable prices. The owners are incredibly nice and want you to have the best experience. I had the lamband cilantro gorditas and my friend had a barbacoa gordito with rice and beans. Our total meal came to $11....I will be back!

First time eating here and I’ve lived in McKinney since 2020 and it was worth the wait. Attentive staff and a full house for the breakfast menu. Food was very good. We ordered the migas and breakfast burritos.Coming back for the lunch and dinner menus sometimes. I’ve heard people rave about Cookies and thought they deserved a good review from me, to add to all the other good reviews they have. Try it you’ll like it!

Being from South Texas, I am very critical of Mexican food. I have not found authentic Mexican food until now. The menudo and barbacoa is some of the BEST, if not THE BEST, I have had. You order at the counter and serve your own drinks. It's a small location and parking is limited but definitely worth the wait. Located in downtown McKinney area.

The dishes are all so flavorful and authentic. Your enchiladas surprised me. Mama enjoyed her Gorditas de nopalitos. We will return soon.You need a bigger restaurant, you are always busy. (And that's a good thing)

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! The Birria tacos BUSSIN!! Let me tell you something, If you walk in and the menu in English I don't want it! If you walk and don't see Boots, Wranglers, and Buckles on ppl I don't want it!!I love walking into places and being out of place and lil less safe. That's when you know the food is REAL! We protect our own type of atmosphere and this place had it all!!That salsa is MADE! The kitchen littered with Avacado and hand cut prep. You coming home for lunch, That's what it feels like in there and I need 2nds and 3rds.That's a Black Man Approved FASHOYARIGHTON!!!!
