The service is the worst service i ever had. The manger is to busy talk in the back loud enough for everyone to hear and using language that should not be used with kids in the restaurant. My husband and i waited for over 20 mins for our ticket that never got brought to us. We had to go find someone to get the ticket. I swear i will never go back to this dannys ever again!!!!! I am so upset.

The waitress, who also was our hostess and our cook (poor woman was a one person show that night) took GREAT care of us and our food was made promptly and perfectly, even though she was helping three different tables...she was amazingFor management - while she did great, no one should be left as the only person working.

I ordered from doordash and some issue is going on, it’s been a few attempts of the dashers to pick up my order, they sais it is already been picked up. I called this Denny’s location and asked them what’s happening to my order? I asked the guy who answered my call and he became rude and his tone became mad. I’am concern for my order why is it still not on its way to my house. This employee should learn how to speak to customer proffesionally and ethic, this dude doesn’t have a good customer service. This is the first time happened to me on Denny’s. Other Denny’s location have a good employees, but this location? Garbage. That’s why a lot of people from Yelp and google reviews post a 1 star reviews base on their experiences. Hire some good people with attitude that know’s how to take care of customer with good customer service!

We were starving when we came in. They were not attentive to the needs of the guest. We had to request forks straws. We were missing sides, and it took a while to get someone to the table to let them know. it was too cold to enjoy our food. Food got cold fast.

To begin with, they took a while to serve us when they finally did, the waitress looked upset, she gave us the service reluctantly, so I didn't leave her a tip. There were 4 of us, only 1 left her a tip and she told us that she didn't know where we were from but that We spent more than $100 on food and we didn't tip her. She told us not to go back to the restaurant. That's fine with me, but if you're a waitress and you live off your tips, why not give good service?

This is my first time here and I may have to edit this before I leave. The server is the host. The coffee tastes like a morning pot at evening. It's not quite as bad as Starbucks, McDonald's, or Dunkin Donuts and the sweetener and French Vanilla creamer tone it down pretty well. I was seated at a table with residue that was almost colorless but had raised texture. The server didn't know that they had the omelet I ordered until I showed it to her in the menu. I hope the food tastes right.First edit. I've been waiting for my food for 10 minutes in an otherwise empty restaurant at 8pm and haven't been offered a refill or even seen my server. I've heard her talking since I was seated.My empty cup was sitting at the edge of the table with the last of the creamer in it when my food arrived. She asked if I needed anything and I said strawberry jelly. I got the word a couple minutes later that they only have grape or honey. As she was walking away I had to tell her that I needed a refill. I'm not even going to try to get them to make these potato shavings into hash browns. They're already soggy as is. The shift leader didn't even know that they were out of every jelly except grape. Everything I experienced here has shown me why this Denny's has very low attendance.I asked for more creamer but haven't seen my server since for another refill. $3.69 for a single cup of lousy coffee was what this server seems to have expected me to settle for. I feel sorry for the people who are unfamiliar with this place and wander in.

I insisted on going here when my husband wanted to go to Cracker Barrel. Big mistake. While the food itself wasn't bad, the service was awful. I was ready to just leave without eating when the waitress finally showed up. We had to get our own utensils and napkins because we never saw her again after she eventually brought our food The bathroom was disgusting. Trash cans full and running over, stall floors covered in trash. Disappointing visit.
