We ordered extra cheese and as you can see in the photos, there isn’t much cheese. The bottom of the crust could have been cooked a little longer. This wasn’t a good visit.

Worst service. Managers dont care about customer service. Submitted online order through app. At 7pm. It said it’s delivered. Called store first person said a manager picked up the order to deliver it himself. And since he already clocked out, he can’t complete the delivery(!) then he went to grav another manager. Second manager said the order is delivered but it’s on my neighbors driveway just go and grab it. (It was raining crazy outside.) i said even it is, probably its wet and asked to remake. they said they will remake the order. After 1 hour at 8:40 called again and they said sorry you are outsidde of oue delivery area!

$6.99 Pick-up special wasn't honored because they said it had to be ordered online. There was NOTHING that stipulated in the ad that it had to be ordered online, we ended up paying over 2X as much per pizza.We will not be ordering from them again.

Ordered food from this location and they left our food sitting on the ground did not knock and did not call us. We called to track the order because usually I can track in the app but the driver had turned off tracking settings, it was then Josh told us that I ordered from a different location. He told me my phone number and address was not in his system. I asked my husband to check to see if it’s something was on the porch and Josh then said “oh you’re right we did deliver it at 5:59. “ However we called to track at 7:09 pm. This lets me know this was very intentional. The temperature was 14° outside and All of our food is completely frozen. All because I paid with my card and did not leave a tip, I ALWAYS TIP IN CASH! I will be taking this very far! The manager Josh was not helpful and the delivery driver claims to be a manager so I know he knows to call. The ppl here lacks competence. They refuse to re-bring our order, and I will be taking this up the chain.

Pizza was really good. But they need to update their location on google maps. Maps was showing wrong location and I had to spend almost 30 minutes just for looking the address.

Well, after 2 years of delivery to our neighborhood (Willow Wood), I was told that the new routing software has removed our neighborhood from their delivery zone. We are 3 miles north of this store and with 1000 houses in the "hood", why would they kick us out? There are no Domino's locations in Melissa so off to Marcos Pizza we go. They care enough to deliver. McKinney Dominos and the 380 corridor with their hordes of homeless sleeping in the parking lots can keep their business. Once the 380 bypass goes through this area will be a ghost town anyway.

The worst response at the front desk. And I hope he is the manager of that branch. He don’t know how to respond to customers.I have ordered chicken sandwich here, there is no chicken in the sandwich. I told him 9n my next visit, there was no chicken, he didn’t even look at my face and saying okay.Second time, when I went for pick up my pizza, I said , pizza is in good condition. He is saying check it out, I said open the box. And he is not readily to open the box. In other dominos centers, they open up and show the box to check our pizza.He is acting like, he don’t understand English. Such an attitude person. I will never go to this center.
Ordered a late night pizza for my family tonight and felt completely compelled to write a review after the experience. The pizza was made perfectly and the Parmesan Bites were soft and delicious. The young man, Joshua, who delivered the order was extremely polite and friendly at the door. I’d also like to mention that the order was delivered ahead of schedule too. The other pizza chains in this neighborhood should be paying attention to the quality products and exceptional customer service that this location provides because they can’t come close. Great job Domino’s! I hope your team receives the recognition that they deserve!!!

Horrible service. Never delivered the food and were very rude about it. This could have been reconciled a few ways, friendly response and explanation and we would have come down and picked it up. Do better Dominoes.

We had the best experience getting our pizza the other night. We think his name is Zach (had a little accent) and he had the best customer service when he handed us our pizza. He gave us the warmest smile that made me and my girlfriend so happy! He wished us a good night and thanked us for coming in. It’s hard to describe the kindness he showed over message, but needless to say, my girlfriend and I talked about the interaction the whole ride home and how happy it made us. Thanks Zach!

They delivered my food. They gave me pizza with no sauce, and the door was raw. I didn’t even look like it cooked in the oven. They gave me a talion sub with no cheese, just meat and bread no peppers nothing they gave me the cheesy bread with no cheese no bacon and not even jalapeños and the chicken wings. It was barely saw Sunday terrible service would not recommend them hopefully I do not have to go to the hospital for eating raw dough
