As I was about to grab my order from the cashier, one of the ladies that makes the food heated up the large batch of bacon, and with her bare hands reached into the batch of bacon, that they put on customer orders, laid the bacon on the paper and began eating.I was so uncomfortable eating the food I ordered because I’m pretty sure she fixed it with her bare hands and ate bacon or off the batch before she made my food.

I absolutely love Einstein's bagels! The bagels are always fresh, the service is wonderful and the location is always clean. The owner is very kind and gets to know you, which gives it that personal touch. I always get the fresh squeezed OJ and am never disappointed! Give this location a try! You'll be greeted with a warm smile and experience the best bagels in the area!Kid-friendliness: I always bring my kids in to dine in and they love seeing the owner. I've been coming in since I got pregnant with my twins and they're now 6 years old so he's gotten to know them and watch them grow.

Ordered via the app to redeem free coffee with purchase, some how system didn't include it on order and store manager was not willing to honor the promotion even though he knew the order was made through the app. I suggested to cancel the order and re order and manager said I could not get a refund.Absolutely ridiculous.

If you like the bagels, this place is NOT FOR YOU. The bagel was half-row. It smells like Indian food spice. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the amount of cream cheese; almost nothing. The owner or manager prepares the food with only a glove on one hand.
