The service I receive there was Horrible. It took them 15 minutes just to do a simple plate of pancakes bacon and egg really. Than everything on the plate was cold. Ask to speak to a manager well he could care about my complaint. Seriously the worst experience ever.

I have come this First Watch since it opened in McKinney and it has never disappointed me. I know the Manager Rick, always a welcoming smile and very patient and professional. Ashley never takes notes and remembers every detail of our order and we have a large family to feed at times . These two are the backbone of this First Watch and we enjoy every delicious moment. We love this First Watch and the people who work here.Kid-friendliness: My children always have the best time and they eat all of their food, and they are picky eaters

First Watch in McKinney is amazing! My family and I have been coming in for years. Ashley has taken care of us many times. We request her when we go and find out she is even helping back in the kitchen! She has a big smile and is very kind. She is engaging with my kids and takes good care of us and others around us. Ashley makes the job look easy, but I fully acknowledge all that it takes to do her job well. We've also sat with Maria, who is knowledgeable, efficient and kind.The food is great, but if we didn't get the fantastic service we get from Ashley and Maria, then the food would not matter. Manager Ashley always greets us when we walk in. She remembers us and even comes over to say hello if she wasn’t the one who seated us!Ever since she became manager, the flow of the restaurant has been seamless and the food is hot, fresh, and delicious!
This was the 1st time at this location. Visits in an AZ location have been consistently great!This wasn't the case here.The lettuce in the salad wasn't good, and I had to remove about half, which included some of the greens. I'm not happy when you have to sift through your salad to remove and get messy. The omlet had something burnt inside, leaving a bad taste in my husband's mouth, ruining the flavor (some bad greens were in his salad also). Apologies and a small compensation were provided. Will not be back to this location.

Omg this place has the best breakfast!!! The service was extremely friendly and inviting. The food was phenomenal. The donuts were the perfect consistency of crispy outside and fluffy inside. It’s like a warm blanket on a cold winter. My omelette was hearty and soul fulfilling. My boyfriend’s breakfast was the blackberry lemon French toast. And I had a bite, and it was stellar!
