Great selection of quality tea. I love the variety that I ordered and the prices were reasonable. The store is open M-F 10-4pm, which disappoints me. I work 3 miles from the store. Due to the hours, I am not able to go to the actual store, but have to order and pay a shipping fee.

Extremely poor experience. The grains were absolutely no good, expired or dead. Also is not organic as advertised. I tried for many weeks to recover them, but was hopeless, far too poor condition to be rescued. I have been making kefir for over 18 years, so I am not inexperienced.Not a fan of the packaging either, easily be contaminated in such a flimsy container that isn't sealed from the air around it. Tried to contact fusion teas but they were rude and no help at all. I bought other grains from poseymom and they were much better.

Staff are friendly, kind, and courteous. Received kefir grains healthy and active one year ago, with very thorough instructions. I am enjoying amazing home made kefir. I also recently received kombucha scoby, that is also very healthy and active. I’m in the process of a first brew and it’s looking good. Looking forward to tasting homemade kombucha. I strongly recommend fusion teas.

My favorite caramel mate was canceled yearsss ago by the previous go to loose leaf tea company in the U.S. Honestly though, it was a blessing in disguise. Not only is Fusion Teas caramel mate AMAZING, but now I'm supporting a small family owned company instead of some corporation. Doesn't hurt that they're super quick about shipping orders. This is my new go to place for tea. Their Organic Sencha is delightful. I’ve also tried their matcha and was very pleased. Now, I need to try some of their black teas. Besides having high quality teas their prices are very reasonable and their shipping times are amazingly fast. I highly recommend you give this place a try if you enjoy tea.

Got kefir grains from them that are extremely good quality.
I ordered online but I must say, this has become one of my favorite tea companies. Salted Coconut truffle, Chocolate Cake, Carrot Cake all delicious! I love that they have small sample bags as well so you can try a bunch and not spend a lot of money. I will be definitely ordering from here again.

I’m obsessed with these teas!! Blueberry Muffin is my favorite but Very Berry Hibiscus and Strawberry Fields are close seconds. They make amazing iced teas and I’m sure they’d be great hot too...I will find out once Texas decides to cool down a little.
