Loved it. Went to their gospel brunch and was mesmerized. The ambiance is stunning. The food was delicious and the live music by the 3 G's gospel group was so melodic. It was just what I needed. First time visit. We attended a luncheon, and really enjoyed it. The venue is laid out well. We had plenty of room to move while we snacked before lunch. The staff was amazing. They took really good care of everyone. This is a great place for a wedding/baby shower. Nice and intimate.

We had a beautiful wedding at Gather. Daryl and Jill are so sweet and they went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Downtown McKinney is a great space for any event and Gather is right in the middle of it all. Gather has so much character and has beautiful furnishings. They accommodated our rehearsal the day before and were so helpful during it. We had such a great night of our wedding that we asked to extend an extra hour and Daryl and Jill allowed us, no questions or hassle. I highly recommend hosting an event at Gather, everything about ours was perfect.

Gather is an open air venue in a charming Texas downtown that can be transformed to meet your unique theme and needs. Our experience was a wedding rehearsal dinner featuring a Mariachi band, open bar and Tex-Mex catered dinner! Only recommendation surrounds the acoustics-it was difficult to hear each other during the cocktail hour.
We had an absolutely amazing rehearsal dinner at Gather in downtown McKinney! The historic building provided the perfect backdrop for our dinner and unique photo opportunities. The staff went above and beyond making sure our event went off without a hitch. At one point, the owner even ran out to get food for two children who were not on the RVSP list. Darrell is amazing, and stayed on sight during the dinner ensuring the bride and groom had our families had a top notch experience. Sound system, lighting, screen for the slide show and bar service were all professionally done. There isn’t one thing we would have changed about the venue and dinner.We opted for passed appetizers and a plated dinner from Knife and Faulk. Knife and Faulk created a custom menu for our Aloha Y’all themed dinner: a huge hit with all guests. Even the Hawaii-born folks thought it was ono! The servers working the passed appetizers kept a nice flow of food, ensuring all guest had a chance to try the great selections (the pineapple chicken char su was the overall favorite).From initial meet to execution of our rehearsal dinner, Gather in McKinney made the complex processes of wedding planning as smooth as possible. Gather presented clear and concise wedding packages for us to choose from and provided quick responses to any questions. The two planning meetings we had prior to the event ensured we stayed on track. We are so glad we chose Gather for our rehearsal dinner and out HIGHLY recommend them to anyone searching for a beautiful, professional venue for any event.You can't go wrong picking Gather for your special event!

I recently shot a wedding at the Gather. As a photographer I like to arrive early. I was immediately greeted by the owners and welcomed! The hosts and staff were accommodating to the couple and the family. Felt right at home. I am always worried about the bridal suite since getting ready photos usually happen there. It was roomy and well decorated. Hope to shot there soon. Thank you for such amazing hospitality.
